The Powder Genie, powder coating machine offers 3 hoppers specially designed to accommodate usable job lot sizes which makes for easy cleaning, colour changing, reduces the risk of contamination and wasted powder. The powder coating gun has an easy grip design and a high power output which allows for coating larger surfaces. It is designed to coat ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, plastic and well as a number of non-metallic items. The powder coating pistol is long reach and has been designed to accommodate extensions.
 
The settings on the control panel are easy to follow with a static output display. The powder coating unit is equipped with both a hopper valve and gauge as well as a incoming air regulator/water trap. The powder coating unit is supported by a easy to move trolley system and has area for easy storage of cables when moving the unit.
